A Little Fudge

A little fudge here and a little fudge there. Laziness here and busyness there adds up to a little weight gain to contend with. By fudge I'm not referring to chocolate, unfortunately. Sorry if you feel like I was leading you on. Fudging my healthy eating with just eensy, weensy, tiny, imperceptible changes. I wish it had been fudge. So, this week I'm trying to get back to it. I went for an hour long walk along the beach today. It wasn't even a pretty day at the beach. I found a good candid camera moment anyway. I'm posting this with my Blogger App on my iPhone, just to try it out. It's pretty easy!


  1. I know just what you mean. For two weeks, I was great - no snacking, only healthy food. But, all this week I have eaten bread products which I try to avoid. And, only 1 walk on the beach and 1 night at the gym. I just have to get back into routine.

  2. Love these little serendipity moments. Always curious to watch artists at work. Establishing and maintaining good health habits requires ongoing work, doesn't it?
