Anybody Out There?

Whew!  What have you all been up to? There's been a lot going on around here lately, that's why I've been MIA.  I just got home from a wonderful trip, so I thought I'd give you a little glimpse of what I've been doing.  HH and I went with friends to The Sequoia National Park to hike for two days.
A year ago, I wouldn't have been able to do this. It was so much fun!
We climbed the 400 steps to the top of Moro Rock which is a 797 foot stairway.
Too bad it was pretty much fogged in.
Part of the stairs were snow packed and tricky, our hiking poles were very important.
We hiked about 4 hours each day and were definitely off the beaten path.

Everywhere we looked was incredible beauty.
I took so many pictures that you may get really sick of seeing them.
I promise I won't post all 500+ of them. Plan on seeing them for a little while, though.

  1. How exciting! How wonderful that you went to Sequoia. Isn't it awesome?! We were just there last summer. Moro Rock was one of the things we saw and climbed. Seems like it would be scary with ice on it. Whew! Can't wait to see more pictures and read more stories from your trip. :-)
