Ladies Who Lunch

The last time I came this way, my friend Kathy and I happened upon this quaint little deli out in the middle of nowhere.  We had already eaten before we meandered down the roads looking for the lavender farm.  This time I made it a point to stop for lunch.
Evidently there are other Yellow Deli's.  Check out their history and locations here.

The kitchen is a mobile one parked out back of the cottage. As you can see, the entire experience was a step back into the 60's maybe.

The inside was very quaint and interesting, but it was a very hot day so we opted for a breeze outside.
They gave us free samples of heirloom tomatoes and their organic green drink which was made from all sorts of vegetables.
The food was delicious and was the perfect ending to a great day with Nancy and Renee. Thanks Nancy for your photos!
Even the "ladies room" was an experience.
