I just finished this pink sweater and I love it! The pattern is Neckdown Summer Cardigan from Knitting Pure & Simple. I changed it up because I used a heavier yarn than it called for, so I'm thrilled that it fits! It's going to get a lot of wear.

Wow, that's really pretty, it looks lovely on you, too :) You must be so proud, I'm in awe!!! I can barely sew a ripped hem straight, let alone dream about knitting a sweater!
