If you've been around here very long, you know that Friday night is Pizza Night.
I don't know exactly when this became a tradition. I've attempted to make pizza dough for years, but have pretty much perfected it since living here. My husband loves my pizza and I usually make a fairly traditional one. Tonight I decided to mix it up and try a Southwestern style pizza. Here's what I added:
Homemade dough
Salsa
Green Bell Pepper
Orange Bell Pepper
Green Onion
Grilled Chicken
Corn
Monterey Jack Cheese
Cilantro
I've always wanted to try this. Maybe I will take a shortcut and use the store bought dough! ;-) Thanks, Karen!

My hubby loves pizza too.......that's what we do on Friday night too. Only I'm a DiGiorno pizza gal. I used to make it years ago.......but your fresh one looks so yummy, I may have to go back to making fresh pizza again!

Wow! That's a great looking pizza. We also had pizza last night, but I confess I used a whole wheat Boboli crust - not nearly as yummy as yours looks.
