I flew to Kansas City last week to see my family. I went prepared for the flight with one of Charlotte's samplers. I brought floss to coordinate with this beautiful French General floral.

My Mom was playing with her new iPad.
Then the snow came.
Thirteen inches of snow kept us inside for a couple of days.
My little blue clapboard house progressed.
Little did I know that the sampler would fill so much of my vacation time.
